As our heroes escape into the night with almost all of the prisoners from the Dresden Internment Camp, the sound of the prison claxons sounding into the night an uneasy feeling begins to set over them. Just a moment later the claxons cut out and they hear cars starting up and the barking of dogs. The chase is on! Just as Alistair Windsor and Jiri Czerny hear the hounds they look around to find Philippe Leger, being the Slippery Fish that he is, had slipped from the group and made it safely back to town leaving them to fend for themselves.
Meanwhile, Piotr Novak‘s train, the midnight express from Paris, arrives. When he steps off the train he is surprised to see troops all over the station. He quickly finds out that the station is being locked down and his train is the last one that will be allowed to stop in Dresden. Seems he won’t be leaving anytime soon. Piotr, with his Problems With Authority, isn’t about to take any gruff from ‘The Man’ and demands to see the man in charge of this operation which ends him up in the slammer for the night.
Hey guys, anytime you see something in italics in an adventure log, that is a starting compel (with your compelled aspect in bold). You are free negotiate what happens (comments would work great I think), pay the fate point to avoid it (starting with your refresh -1 or -1 fate points if you had more than your refresh) or roll with it and start with an extra fate point.
